REFUNDS: 

Complaints are exstreamy rare , however if you wish to complain about your purchase we request the following :

To be notified within 24 hours of the issues with your order with photos if required.

A fair and reasonable opportunity to correct your order or issues you may have . 

80% of the cake / order to returned to the shop within 48 hours of complaint . 

Failure to comply with the above with void any refund.

Please Note : Being a small business we do not offer cash refunds , however a replacement or credit note can be issued at the owners discretion.
